Behr

Behr was a warrior. Found wandering the rural roads of Delaware County—an old man with cancer, abandoned by his family—he still had so much love left to give.

He was with me for only six short months, but in that time I watched him blossom into the goofiest old hound dog. He’d curl up beside us every night, guarded our home from his favorite bed, and supervised every snack and meal we ate (don’t worry, we always paid the tax). His silly bulldog grin made even the hardest days lighter.

With us, he finally found his true forever home. And I know, without a doubt, he’ll be waiting for us on the Rainbow Bridge.
