Emmett
Emmett was our soul dog. He was more of a small furry person than a dog. He had a larger than life personality and opinions on everything and always let us know what was on his mind. We shared such an incredible bond that only comes along once in a lifetime.
His loss has left a void and it feels like a part of us is missing. We are so incredibly fortunate that he came into our lives and that we got over 12.5 years with him. Those were some of the best years of our lives. He loved his cookies and peanut butter kongs, his rivalry with the rabbit in the backyard, snow days, walks, and tearing up plushies. He loved people and making new friends.
His smile, his happiness, his “woo woos”, his silliness brought us so much joy. It’s so incredibly difficult to accept that he is gone, to put into words how loved he is, and how much we will miss him.
