It is hard to put into words what made Gentry so special. If there was every any debate about whether animals have souls, Gentry put that argument to rest. He was smart, perceptive and independent-minded, yet at the same time loved to be intimate, always close, and hold long conversations with his eyes. We are deeply grateful for the 14 years he spent with us.
