Sammy Jo aka: Baby Girl/Bestfriend

16 years ago she was rescued from a dog attack at 8 weeks old by a family member and as soon as we saw her we knew we had to have her. She quickly won over our hearts but didn’t like strangers. She had a love of playing with bands, red balls and foam dice. She loved French fries and licking Cheetos.

She learned from her big brother Dino the rules of the house. After 6 years of being an only cat she learned to be a great big sister teaching her two younger brothers the rules of the house. She  was the one in charge and let them know it. It showed when she started to decline and they looked after her.

When she started to decline she would never show her pain. When we knew it was too much we decided to let her go peacefully in our home instead of causing anxiety at a vet.  We found Kona’s loving paws and Dr. Bowers came to our house. She was more than we could’ve asked for.  Her gentle nature and love for our baby girl she just met showed in every step of the process. We can’t thank her and Kona’s Loving Paws enough for taking care of Sammy Jo.
